Who are we?
Cool and Tops Solutions was founded by Philemon Setshedi in 2012 who is now the CEO. The aim of the company was to address the need for quality and personalised service in the marketing and media industry.

You can have peace of mind knowing that you are partnering with company that understands the ICT and media industry. The CEO, Philemon Setshedi has 10 years ICT and media experience with BSc. IT Degree in one of top University covering wide range of aspects in IT and media industry. That includes basic website design, about 10 programming languages that cover wide range of open source and non-open source type of systems concepts, project management, whole lot on online systems concepts way before the likes of Facebook, Twitter, google talk, mobile apps, mobile banking, business to business technology becomes popular, etc. just to name a few.

The CEO work and business experience involves running music business, media company, graphics and website design/development company,  8 years working experience in web development and software development and IT Support (if it is customer service). The staff covers experience in both mobile and PC solutions and media.
